Guided Snowshoe Tours!

Snowshoe Guide : World Traveler, photographer, foodie, and guide, Pete Cozad  is a native of the Driftless area.  His affinity for the region’s dramatic landscape of of bluffs and river valleys run deep, and it shows through the joy he takes in sharing it with others.  From March through October, Cozad works as a trout guide on the area’s many coldwater streams.  When winter arrives, he leads snowshoeing adventures in the heart of the Driftless area. Cozad takes care to tailor each trip to individual skill level and physical ability.  With his intimate knowledge of the area’s natural resources and hidden gems, your day is sure to be memorable.

Bluedog Snowshoe rental :
½ day           $10.00
Full day        $18.00
Weekend     $25.00
  


The start and end times should be the warmest time of the day usually  9:30-2:00 pm. Tours last about 4 hours.  Hot Drinks will be served on the trail, tea, coffee, etc.
Prices: 125.00 for two people for 4 hours. 175.00 for three people, 4 hours. 225.00 for 4 people, 4 hrs. Tours are for anywhere from super beginner to well seasoned snowshoer.
If there is a group bigger than 4, we will have to have two snowshoeing guides. Trips will be booked on a credit card, holding that day for them, we will not charge them on the credit card, unless they want to pay with a credit card before/after the trip. They can pay any way they want. We will charge them before the trip starts when they come to the shop to check in.
48 hour cancel policy: if they don't cancel in that time frame, we will bill them half of the cost of trip(s).
Rentals:  If the customer likes the snowshoes they rented, they can take that rental fee and apply it to the purchase of new snowshoes THAT DAY!
